SENSE–MADE KlG can only ship within Switzerland at the moment.
We ship orders with the Swiss Post AG. Delivery time can vary between 2 – 10 working days.
The risk passes on to the buyer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the Swiss Post AG.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to ship outside of Switzerland directly here on www.SENSE-MADE.com.
Retailers from outside Switzerland may contact us directly via CONTACT section/ eMail to
RETAIL@SENSE-MADE.com to discuss a possible individual agreement.
When goods are imported into countries outside of Switzerland, there may be export restrictions and import duties or taxes (VAT) may apply. The customer acknowledges that export restrictions, import duties and taxes vary in different customs areas. He is solely responsible for the proper handling of the formalities and the payment of the necessary customs duties, fees, taxes, etc. SENSE-MADE KlG bears no corresponding risks and costs.
Returns
Returns & exchanges
Withdrawal from the contract is excluded. In case of defects, SENSE-MADE KlG provides an initial warranty, at its discretion (by replacement, refund or rectification). The warranty for material defects presupposes the customer satisfying his obligation to give notice of defects. The goods must be checked immediately upon receipt. Recognisable defects must be reported in writing within eight (8) days of receipt of the goods at the latest; otherwise warranty claims are excluded. Minor deviations in shape, colour, decor and/or weight cannot be objected to. The goods complained about must be stored and handled appropriately. Claims for damages, for whatever legal reason, may only exist in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of SENSE–MADE.
The warranty expires prematurely if the customer or third parties make changes or repairs or if the customer does not immediately take all appropriate measures to reduce the damage.
Return shipments are at the expense and risk of the buyer.
